Eight people have been killed and five others are injured in a suicide bombing near a provincial government building in the southern city of Kandahar.A police official says, the bomber, who was riding a horse cart, detonated his explosives after being ordered by security personnel to stop. At least three other people, including a police officer, were wounded in the blast. The explosion blew out several windows of a nearby hotel as well. This incident took place close to a provincial government building. Police is carrying out investigations regarding this incident.
