Snow on roads continues to slow down traffic across northern China, state television reported on Sunday.Last week a cold front brought heavy snowfalls across northern and central Chinese provinces. The early snows have triggered at least 38 deaths, the China Daily reported. Cold weather is set to continue in China for the next three days, China's state news agency reported the National Meteorological Bureau forecasting on Saturday. The snow has brought down more than 7,000 buildings nationwide and cost around 3.5 billion yuan ($512.8 million) in economic losses, Xinhua said. Snow and rain and even blizzards are forecast to sweep southern China in the next few days, the weather centre reported, along with areas of northeast China.
