At least 25 people died and more than 55 got injured after two trains crashed outside Cairo in Egypt. The death toll is expected to increase. The accident happened in the al Ayyat area of Giza, 25 miles southwest of the capital. A first-class passenger train rammed into a mainly empty train that had stopped unexpectedly, after apparently hitting a cow. Security sources said the moving train was headed from Cairo to Aswan. No foreigners were reported among the casualties.
