Above 1,000 people including 320 innocent citizens have been killed in drone attacks inside Pakistan during last three years, a report by an American organization has revealed. New American Foundation in its report stated that since 2006 to now some 750 to 1,000 people had died in 82 drone attacks inside Pakistan. Al Qaedas 20 commanders were also killed in these attacks. The report says that the target of the drone attacks was Baitullah Mehsud and since President Obama took the office, 15 drone attacks out of 41 aimed at killing Mehsud. Eventually, Mehsud was killed along with his wife on August 05. Analysts maintained that there is no credible source of measuring the exact number of casualties in such attacks and the media reports had to be followed in this regard.
