A car bomb outside a mayors office in the town of Muadamiya al-Sham south of Damascus killed four civilians on Friday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.A woman was among those killed in the town, about 10 kilometres (six miles) south of the Syrian capital, said the Observatory, a Britain-based watchdog.
