Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda has reshuffled his Cabinet for the third time this year in hopes of boosting flagging public support for his government.Noda announced 10 new ministers Monday and says the new lineup will tackle domestic and international issues facing the country. The new Cabinet includes Koriki Jojima as finance minister and Seiji Maehara as national policy minister.Eight Cabinet posts will not change hands, including Nodas chief Cabinet secretary and officials responsible for foreign affairs, defense and economics and trade.Noda has been in office for a year. His support rating has fallen below 30 percent amid public discontent over his push to double the sales tax to 10 percent.He has said he would call elections soon but has given no time frame.
