Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh says India wants to restore relations with Pakistan however Pakistans attitude of using terrorism as a tool in foreign policy is hindrance in this connection. Talking to reporters at the end of G20 conference, Singh asked Pakistan to take action against the plotters of the Mumbai attacks on the basis of proofs given to it. He claimed Pakistani government accepted the fact that Mumbai attacks were plotted in Pakistan. Indian Premier maintained that Pakistan should take action against Hafiz Saeed before the restoration of peace process. On a question about President Obamas appeal of dumping atomic weapons Singh replied that the Security Councils resolution was not for India. He asserted that US-India agreement of civilian atomic cooperation would not be disturbed by the resolution. Indian Premier rejected the notion that there was any economic crisis in India.
