He says Ivan Marquez and Jose Santrich will take part in the negotiations.Marquez has been a negotiator in past peace talks and is on the FARCs six-person ruling secretariat.Santrich is a second-tier leader.Jaramillo said Thursday at a news conference in the Cuban capital that other negotiators will be announced later.The Colombian government announced its five negotiators on Wednesday.The talks aim to put an end to a half-century of bloody conflict in the South American nation.
