New York town orders stop to Gaddafi tent on Trump land
New York officials have ordered a stop to the construction of a tent due to house Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. Local officials ordered workers to stop because the plan violated regulations. Gaddafi is scheduled to address the U.N. General Assembly in New York today. The tent was partly erected and satellite dishes were being put in place when a building inspector arrived at the property that belongs to famed businessman Donald Trump. Gaddafi last month had plans to erect a tent in suburban New Jersey where the Libyan embassy owns property, but the U.S. government said he could not use the land for that purpose. 66 years old Gaddafi always loves to live in a tent.
