Summary

U.S Department of Defense Spokesman has warned American citizens that Afghanistan will turn into an Al-Qaeda camp if the U.S faced defeat in Afghan War. Pentagon Spokesman Geoff Morrell said Americans were getting sick of Afghan War but we would have to make them realize that Afghanistan would go to Al-Qaeda if America lost. Morrell maintained that U.S Secretary of Defense Robert Gates had recently conceded disappointment was gripping America on Afghan War. The troops have also the symptoms of fatigue and lassitude, he added. Morrell said that U.S had been fighting this war for the last eight years, adding it was a long and costly war that brought heavy loss of lives. We should be ready to fight a long war to win Afghan War, Morrell advised. He informed that if the troops surrendered before Taliban, Afghanistan would once again become safe heavens for Al-Qaeda. The training camps of Al-Qaeda which we have destroyed will emerge once again, Morrell concluded.
