Venezuelan's President Hugo Chavez has termed former U.S president George W Bush a devil once again. Chavez maintained U.S trialed him for siding with the poor and challenging the capitalism. In an interview with a British news agency in Venice, Chavez claimed that Venezuela had a transparent democracy, adding that he was working to promote the democratic norms there. Venezuelan President believed that a person should also give arguments for his objectives besides facing criticism. He ruled out any financial crisis in Venezuela.
