Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Sing says that currently circumstances are not conducive to start dialogue with Pakistan. Talking to media in Indian city of Ramsar, Manmohan maintained that current relations of both the countries were not of a nature so as to start negotiations at any level. Indian Premier opined that the controversy over Pokhran was needless, adding that 1998 atomic blasts of Pokhran were successful.
