Summary Peruvian police say a helicopter has gone missing in the highlands with 14 passengers aboard.

Rescuers have begun a search for the 11 South Koreans, two Austrians and a Peruvian, as well as the crew.Police Gen. Hector Dulanto says the last communication with helicopter owned by Cuzco-based Helicusco was late Wednesday afternoon. It was on its way to Cuzco.Dulanto says the chopper was flying near Hualla Hualla, a town located at about 13,200 feet (4,000 meters) when communications were lost.He tells The Associated Press that Helicusco has provided a helicopter to assist in the search, but bad weather has prevented it from taking off.The Korean Embassy in Lima had no immediate information about the incident.
