Summary Afghan authorities say two roadside bomb blasts have killed five people in eastern Afghanistan.

Gen. Abdul Qayuem Baqizai, who is the provincial police chief in Wardak province, says four policemen were killed and another wounded Tuesday when their vehicle hit a bomb in Jelrez district.In neighboring Ghazni province, deputy police chief Maj. Mohammad Hussian deputy says one Afghan civilian was killed and two others were wounded in a second explosion.
