Five people are missing and 16 others have been injured in the tropical storm.A seven-year-old boy fell into a river east of Manila and was feared to have drowned, while four fishermen were missing at sea off the countrys eastern island of Catanduanes.On Saturday 32 other fishermen were rescued in rough waters off Catanduanes, hours after their boat ran out of fuel at sea during the storm.Seven people have been injured when their houses collapsed, while nine others have been wounded when their vehicle fell into a ravine.Typhoon Mawar is lashing the northern Philippines, bringing winds of up to 150 kilometres an hour.Flash and mudslide warning have been issued for people in the northern Batanes province and Calayan island.
