British police say more than 100 homes have been evacuated after two men were arrested under suspicion of terror offenses.Officers raided a home and a garage in southwest Englands Cheltenham on Friday and arrested the men, aged 52 and 31, after they found items requiring further investigation.Police said Saturday the two were initially arrested for allegedly possessing explosives. They are also suspected of the commission, instigation or preparation of a terrorism act.Residents in the area are told not to return to their homes during the investigation. The men remain in custody for police questioning.
