Egypts army was to deploy troops in central Cairo on Wednesday to quell clashes near the defence ministry that left eight people dead according to a new toll, a military source told AFP.Troops will intervene to quell the clashes between protesters in Abbassiya, the source said.Doctors at a field hospital in the area told AFP the death toll had risen to eight, while the health ministry earlier reported six deaths.
