Zoo keepers were mowing the lawn at an Australian reptile park in the city of Gosford, about 70 kilometres (43 miles) north of Sydney on Wednesday when a large saltwater crocodile named Elvis lunged from the pool and grabbed their mower, dragging it under the water.Despite losing two teeth in the attack, the 5-meter (16-foot), 500 kilogram (0.5 ton) reptile was guarding the lawn mower, and wouldnt let it go. The keepers were not injured, but the problem they then faced was how to retrieve the mower.Elvis has a history of bad behaviour. The 50-year-old crocodile was captured in 2008 after menacing locals in Darwin harbour and climbing aboard fishing boats.Later on Wednesday, local television reported that the keepers were finally able to retrieve their mower after Elvis moved away from it.
