SP Aisha Butt bemused by weird tweet
LAHORE (Web Desk) – In a bizarre incident, senior Punjab police officer Aisha Butt has been contacted by a family which introduces itself as Pakistani expats on social media to seek her help in arranging spouses for their children.
Ms Butt shared a screenshot of the message on her personal account wherein she has been tagged by a Twitter user. The man, who is running his Twitter account with Farooq Azam’s name, went candid with the woman police offer and asked her to share her WhatsApp number as he and his wife wanted to discuss a matter with her.
“Aslamoalkam. Aisha Gee I am from Toba [Tek Singh] and My wife from Chichawatni city. We wanna talk on what sapp if you have any personal Number please share us,” reads the message. Azam further wrote they were settled in Canada for more than two decades and now they sought her help to hook up their children.

“We are living in Canada for more than 20 years. We are looking Rishta for our children. We are living Toronto Canada,” reads the message.
Aisha Butt couldn t say anything much but did express her bemusement.
