A baseball fan dies after falling from the stands while trying to catch a ball which was tossed into the crowds.The 39-year-old firefighter died when he fell from the stand while reaching out to catch the ball. The man was reaching for a ball thrown to him and was toppled by over a railing after making the catch. Television pictures showed him falling some 20 feet from the outfield seats to a paved area behind a scoreboard. He fell onto concrete tumbling over the left-field railing after catching the ball and falling into an area out of sight from the field.Last year a similar accident happened when fan Tyler Morris fell from the second level to the lower bowl while trying to catch a foul ball on July 6, 2010.
