Farmer Kailash Singh, 65, has not touched water since 1974. Instead, he takes a “fire bath” every night – smoking marijuana, praying to the Hindu god Lord Shiva and dancing around a bonfire. Singh lives in Chatav, India where the temperature regularly reaches around 47C. Singh says that his daughters tease him and even his wife does not like his obsession for son but she has to bear all the hardships just the way he does. He says that as he does not have a son he would not bathe ever again.Singh’s dreadlocks are six feet long and he has not touched water in 37 years. Wife Kalavati Devi, 60, says that she abuses him and is fed of her husband’s routine.
