Summary A Russian man accidentally killed his wife as the couple attempted to slaughter a pig.
The pair was trying to hunt animal in Russias Tula region with a homemade firearm, when they had a problem loading the weapon. As the 60-year-old was holding the gun, it inadvertently went off and shot his wife, killing her instantly. The man now faces charges of negligent homicide and could be jailed for two years as a result of the accident.Animal lovers will be pleased to know that the animal was unhurt.
