Summary
Three persons were killed when robbers opened indiscriminate firing during a robbery attempt in the centre of the Sargodha city on Thursday. According to details, 4 armed dacoits in a black car reached at UBL branch situated at 47 bridge and held hostage bank staff and other people and started looting cash. On this, guard Khizar resisted and dacoits started indiscriminate firing due to which the guard and two other persons sustained severe injuries. The injured succumbed to their injuries in the hospital. The dacoits looted Rs 40-45 from the bank.
