ISLAMABAD - (Dunya News) The third batch for the Kamyab Jawan “Skills for All” program has begun under the project by the Prime Minister to provide free training of high-tech courses to youngsters and the registrations have opened to enroll 60,000 youngsters in the courses.
In his message on Tuesday, Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said that the registration for Kamyab Jawan’s Skills for All program has been initiated.
Usman Dar said that the government has allocated 60,000 skill scholarships for students in 1000 top educational institutes of the country in the third batch of the Kamyab Jawan Skills for All.
He further said that the registrations process will start from January 16 and the last date will be January 31.
While talking about the success of the program he said that the two phases of the courses have seen great success and the youth are earning thousands of dollars and increasing country’s foreign exchange.
He urged the youngsters to register themselves with the program and said that the process would continue until January 31.
The Skills for All Scholarship Program is offered for courses in a variety of technical skills over a period of three to six months at institutions registered with the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC).
At present about 100,000 youth have been imparted technical courses in various fields at a cost of Rs. 5 billion.
