The kids who are not given mothers’ milk should be given that of a goat as it is a prime source of vitamin D.Doctors advise there should be a timetable for drinking milk and ideally it should be half one hour after taking meal.The milk should be boiled and honey or sugar should be mixed into it before drinking, as such it does not add to fat in the body.
