LONDON (Web Desk) - Pakistan has delivered a historic performance at the 7th F-Class World Championship in Bisley, United Kingdom, with its 12-member contingent securing four gold, four silver and five bronze medals.

The first stage featured individual matches at distances of 800, 900 and 1,000 yards on August 12 and 13.
Pakistan’s medal tally was the highest in the FTR category at the championship, marking a significant achievement for the country, which has participated in international F-Class competitions for only three years.
Lieutenant Colonel Junaid Ali led Pakistan’s medal haul with three gold, one silver and one bronze medal, while Sepoy Muhammad Waleed won one gold and one bronze.
In the Under-25 category, Huzaifa Gill secured three silver and two bronze medals, while Ahsan Gill added another bronze.
The team’s strong showing was further highlighted by seven Pakistani shooters finishing among the top 100 competitors.

They included Junaid Ali, Muhammad Waleed, Obaid, Qasim, Huzaifa Gill, Junaid Waqas and Ahsan Gulrez.
Junaid Ali also claimed the Individual FTR World Champion title, regarded as the premier individual honour at the championship.
He demonstrated consistency across all three distances and finished ahead of the field of 207 competitors.
His victory marks a landmark achievement and is being described as the biggest individual success in Pakistan’s international F-Class history.
The performance follows another strong showing by Pakistan at the F-Class British Open 2026, held at Bisley from August 3 to 8, where the team won seven gold, two silver and four bronze medals.
The 16-member World Championship Team Match is scheduled for August 15 and 16 and will feature competition at 800, 900 and 1,000 yards.
Pakistan’s team will seek to build on its strong individual performance as it competes for further honours at the championship.
