LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s Under-16 football team has departed for Kazakhstan to participate in a UEFA Development Football Tournament for the first time.
Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) President Mohsin Gilani described the participation as a historic milestone and a major breakthrough for football in the country.
Gilani emphasized that such tournaments provide an excellent platform for learning and growth.
The team is scheduled to play its first match against Kazakhstan on April 25, followed by games against Russia on April 27 and Azerbaijan on April 30.
The UEFA Development Football Tournament will run from April 24 to April 30, offering young Pakistani players an opportunity to gain international experience and enhance their skills.
