MMA madness arrives: Pakistan Combat Night 2025 features world-class fights in Lahore
Pakistan
The event will run from August 22 to 24, with a grand finale at DHA Phase 6 Sports Complex
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan has geared up for one of its biggest combat sports spectacles as the Pakistan Mixed Martial Arts Federation (PakMMA) hosts Pakistan Combat Night 2025, a three-day tournament featuring over 200 fighters from across the globe.
The event will run from August 22 to 24, with qualifiers and semifinals set for BraveGym, Lahore, before culminating in a grand finale open to the public at the DHA Phase 6 Sports Complex.
Organised under the leadership of PakMMA President Omar Ahmed, the event welcomed professional and amateur fighters from Pakistan, Egypt, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, and beyond. Following a series of nationwide trials, the tournament is positioned as a national platform to spotlight emerging talent. Select pro-card winners will also earn the chance to compete in the Road to BRAVE series in Georgia, USA, later this year — providing global exposure to Pakistan’s finest fighters.
To safeguard athletes, Rd. Rizwan Aftab Ahmed, CEO of ACTIVIT and Director of National Hospital & Medical Centre, monitored on-site medical care, emergency response, and athlete support.

The event follows the landmark success of Pakistan Combat Week 2024, which brought over 200 fighters from 18 countries to Lahore. ACTIVIT, a key partner then and now, raised the bar by establishing a dedicated medical facility from National Hospital DHA Lahore onsite for diagnostics, injury care, and athlete recovery — a first for Pakistan’s combat sports scene.
The main card featured two of Pakistan’s brightest stars, both ACTIVIT-sponsored athletes:
- Rizwan Ali (Pakistan, 9-0) vs. Adham Mohammed (Egypt, 11-4)
- Eman “Falcon” Khan (Pakistan, 6-3) vs. Maha Houmiel (Tunisia, 3-1)
Their training, nutrition, and medical preparations have been supported by ACTIVIT in the lead-up to the showdown.
Additional main card bouts include:
- Zia Mashwani vs. Samad Moradmand
- Aqib Awan vs. Mohamed Abo Ali
- Ismail Khan vs. Lazizhhon Uzbehov
- Babar Ali vs. Serkhan Valili
With its mix of local and international talent, Pakistan Combat Night 2025 promises not only a thrilling spectacle for fans but also a crucial stepping stone for fighters seeking to break into the global MMA arena.
