Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Ijaz Butt has blamed the batting department for the loss in the first test against Sri Lanka saying that they showed complete irresponsibility.While talking to the media outside the Allama Iqbal International Airport he said that important points about both the teams were discussed during the meeting which was held in collaboration with the Sri Lankan Cricket Board. With reference to the first test match he said that winning and losing is a part of the game and such things to happen in any sports for that matter. However, he was of the point that the batsmen let the team down and did not play their part with responsibility. He added that he would let the media know about the conference to be held in India about the organizing committee for World Cup 2011.
