India and Pakistan are 1-1 in the wrestling tournament being played in Gujranwala.

The first bout has been won by an Indian wrestler while equaliser came from Umar Butt in the second match.The tournament is being played at Jinnah Stadium, Gujranwala. Pakistani and Indian Pehlwans will get in the field for bouts one by one.The tournament was opened by a friendly between two local Pehlwans. In the packed stadium the atmosphere was reported to be charged and the cricket-like enthusiasm was seen. Hundreds of fans were still out of the stadium awaiting their turn to get in.
