Kabbadi World Cup: Australia beat Azerbaijan
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Australia beat Azerbaijan by 53 to 24 points on third day of Kabbadi World Cup 2020.
Australian raiders and stoppers took control of the match right from the beginning and did not give their opponents any room to settle down. The team of Azerbaijan tried their best but they could accumulate only 24 points.
Pakistan had defeated Canada by 64 to 24 points in the opening match of the Kabbadi World Cup at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore after Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar formally inaugurated the event. India beat Germany by 62 to 28 points on Monday.
It is pertinent mention here that Kabaddi World Cup 2020 is being organized jointly by Punjab government, Sports Board Punjab and Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF) in Lahore, Faisalabad and Gujrat from February 9 to 16, 2020.
