(DunyaNews) - Who says girls don’t? They like adventure, action, excitement and thrill too. More and more girls are flexing their muscles with not only practicing but championing stimulating sports and adrenaline-rushing activities like scuba diving, racing, mountaineering, weight lifting, wrestling and off course wall climbing.

A climbing wall is an artificially constructed wall with grips for hands and feet, usually used for indoor climbing, but sometimes located outdoors. Some are brick or wooden constructions . Some grips are formed to mimic the conditions of outdoor rock; including some that are oversized and can have other grips bolted onto them.

Islamabad’s daring, bold and venturesome women are all set to claim their share of thrill and adventure. Wall climbing is now the fearless women s latest task to experience the audaciousness, courage and adrenaline rushing thrill from a sports which formerly was supposed to be a men’s game.

Girls are no more timid and shy to express their desire to learn new courageous games and practice thrilling sports like wall climbing which gives an exhilarating and gripping experience as mountain climbing may feel. It is not necessary that the boys can only do; even the girls can do anything whatever they want.

A number of Pakistani girls has already partaken into many national and international competitions and won the prizes, said an enthusiastic wall climber at Rawal Lake Park.
Wall climbing merely is an expression of their enthusiasm to trigger more valor and courage in themselves so they can strengthen their stamina as their will and determination.
