Inter-Provincial Games torch lit in Peshawar
In Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar, Fourth Inter-Provincial Games have begun.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – In Qayyum Stadium, Fourth Inter-Provincial Games have begun with more than 1500 players ready to battle for accolades for their respective provinces.
In this event, along with the four provinces, FATA, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are participating in different indoor and outdoor games.
In the inauguration ceremony, all the teams marched past in colorful cultural dresses. Dnacers hailing from Khattak and Mehsud tribes especially lent pomp to the ceremony.
A total of 26 games will be played by men while there will be 11 women-only games.
