Pakistan could have pressed further had Tim McIntosh not been dropped by Taufeeq Umar at slip off Umar Gul in the second innings. Brendon McCullum, meanwhile, remained aggressive with a clutter of boundaries that reduced the deficit by 33. Pakistani cricket team have made a good start of their tour by winning the first match of the series.
