England scored 317 for the loss of two wickets at stumps on day two of Ashes Test in Adelaide. The British players played responsibly after they resumed their innings on 1 without losing any wicket at the start of play on day two. Opener Andrew Strauss went back to the pavilion after scoring just one run. He was bowled out by Bollinger. Jonathan Trott scored 78. Howver later Cook and Peterson played responsibly. Cook is not out on 136 while Peterson on 85.
