Australia reached 277-7 in its 50 overs, with Michael Hussey the top scorer with 79, Shaun Marsh with 59 and Tim Paine on 54. Stuart Broad took 4-64. England was bowled out for 235 in 46.3 overs, with Paul Collingwood scoring 95. Shaun Tait claimed 4-48 for Australia, which won the final two matches after England clinched the series by winning the first three.
