RIO DE JANEIRO (AFP) - Jamaican sprint legend Usain Bolt clocked 10.12 seconds to win an exhibition 100m race in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday.
The six-time Olympic champion, world record holder in both the 100 and 200m events, suffered from a sluggish start in rainy conditions in the host city of next year s Olympic Games where he will be bidding for an unprecedented third golden treble.
"My start wasn t very good and that made me pay," the 28-year-old said after outstripping Dutchman Churandy Martina and American Ryan Bailey in the latter stages of the race.
"But I m happy to have won and I can t complain."
