In an interesting development, Shoaib Malik, who was said to be in Dubai, was captured by an Indian TV at his would-be-wife Sania Mirza's bungalow balcony at Hyderabad, India. Sania was also seen for a short while along with her mother, who later brought her inside the house. Shoaib's family said that he would stay in India till his marriage which is rescheduled on April 11. Earlier, the controversy over Sania Mirzas marriage to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik turns uglier, as the Siddiquis, who claim that the cricketer married their daughter Ayesha in 2002, (April 3) sent a legal notice to the Maliks on Saturday.The family has sent a legal notice to the Maliks on the grounds of defamation, harassment, character assassination and fraud. Sources said that plans are being undertaken to bring both the families to a discussion table to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, Shoaib Malik too turned to legal services, by hiring a Delhi-based lawyer named Ramesh Gupta, to file a defamation case against the Siddiquis. This legal turn comes just a day after Siddiquis, who claim that their daughter was married to Shoaib in 2002, threatened to sue the Pakistani cricketer and made it clear that the unsavoury chapter will be closed only if she gets an official divorce. Meanwhile, Sania Mirza, referring to the development, remarked that she knew the truth.
