LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has replaced Moin Khan with Zakir Khan as manager of national cricket team.
The appointment was confirmed through a press release issued by PCB on Friday.
According to the details, Director International Cricket Zakir Khan has been given the additional charge of team manager.
He will head the cricket team as manager in upcoming Asia Cup and T20 World Cup.
It is important to mention that Moin Khan was appointed as chief selector following his appointment as team manager during the rule of Najam Sethi.
The PCB also stated to announce the coach on February 9.
Meanwhile, former cricketer Waqar Younis has submitted an application to PCB to coach national team.
