SEATTLE (AP) - Seattle's Eddie Johnson scored twice as the Sounders ended Dallas' nine-game MLS unbeaten streak with a 4-2 victory on Saturday.
Johnson's second goal of the game came in the 62nd minute, just one minute after Dallas completed a comeback from a 2-0 deficit when Michel drilled a corner from the right into the upper left roof of the Seattle net to equalize.
The Sounders stretched their unbeaten streak to six games after a franchise-worst start in which they collected just one point from their first four games.
League-leading Dallas hadn't lost since the second game of the season on March 10.
Johnson put the Sounders on the board in the 16th and Lamar Neagle made it 2-0 in the 30th. Second-half substitute Obafemi Martins added an insurance goal in the 83rd minute as Seattle racked up four goals for the second straight game.
Kenny Cooper got one back for Dallas early in the 54th before Michel's equalizer in the 61st.
HOUSTON 0, NEW ENGLAND 2
New England's Diego Fagundez scored and Houston conceded an own goal as the Revolution took a valuable road win.
New England took a 1-0 lead in the 51st minute when Fagundez played a one-two, weaved through Houston's defense and sent a shot inside the far post.
The lead was extended to 2-0 in the 84th when Juan Agedelo's shot was deflected in off Ricardo Clark.
The Dynamo lost consecutive games at home for the first time since 2010.
VANCOUVER 2, PORTLAND 2
Portland substitute Jose Valencia scored in the 83rd minute to give the Timbers a draw at Vancouver.
Will Johnson also scored for Portland and assisted on the equalizer to help the Timbers extend their unbeaten strike to 10 games. The equalizer came two minutes after Vancouver was reduced to ten men by the expulsion of Mamadou Danso.
Camilo had a goal and an assist, and Gershon Koffie also scored for the Whitecaps.
SAN JOSE 1, COLORADO 1
San Jose's Marvin Chavez scored his first goal of the season to help the Earthquakes Jose pull out a draw against Colorado.
Chavez drilled a knuckling free kick from 30 yards out in the 78th minute to beat Colorado goalkeeper Clint Irwin.
Colorado had defender Shane O'Neill sent off in the 90th minute for bringing down Earthquakes forward Chris Wondolowski down just outside the penalty area.
Nathan Sturgis had put Colorado ahead in the 26th, neatly turning home a Martin Rivero corner at the near post.
PHILADELPHIA 1, CHICAGO 0
Philadelphia's Jack McInerney scored his league-leading eighth goal in the third minute and the Union held on to beat Chicago.
McInerney headed home a corner from Sebastien Le Toux for Philadelphia, which also beat the Fire 1-0 the previous weekend.
Chicago played a man down from the 62nd minute when Wells Thompson was shown his second yellow card.
Chicago lost its third game in a row and has just one point from five away games.
TORONTO 0, COLUMBUS 1
Columbus' Dominic Oduro scored in the 42nd minute to help the Crew continue its dominance of Toronto.
Federico Higuain, who hit the post and the crossbar on two attempts in the first half, set up Oduro's goal. Oduro outpaced a defender to Higuain's through ball and flicked it past Toronto goalkeeper Joe Bendik for his fifth goal of the season.
Columbus has never lost at Toronto, improving their record to two wins and five draws. Overall, Toronto has only beaten the Crew once in 17 games.
