The verdict will help decide if Park Jong-woo gets the bronze medal that the International Olympic Committee has withheld from him since the Aug. 10 incident.After South Korea beat Japan 2-0 at Cardiff, Park displayed a sign with a slogan supporting sovereignty over disputed islets that Japan also claims.The IOC and FIFA prohibit on-field political statements.The IOC ordered the South Korean Olympic Committee to ensure Park did not collect his medal at Wembley Stadium two days later.South Korea team officials said the display was not planned, and that Park picked up the sign after it was thrown from the stands.
