Liquigas rider Peter Sagan of Slovakia won the first stage proper of the Tour de France here on Sunday.Sagan beat Swiss yellow jersey holder Fabian Cancellara and Norwegian Edvald Boasson Hagen of Team Sky to claim his first Tour de France stage win.Cancellara holds on to the overall race lead.
