Y. Noh and Rod Pampling were one shot behind.Tiger Woods made two key par saves and an eagle on his way to a 68, leaving him three shots behind.Garrigus, meanwhile, must feel like taking up membership at Congressional. His 67 was his sixth straight round under par on the venerable Blue Course.
