A child hailing from Kasoor has been killed in Lahore by the abductors who abducted him some three days ago for a ransom of Rs. 1 million. The dead body of the child has been found from the area of Mozang, Lahore. Kasoor police have not yet registered a case for the murder while the parents of the unfortunate child are being pressurized to refrain from pursuing the case. According to sources, 10-year-old Zeeshan, son of Muhammad Azam resident of Bastee Wanenkaan (Kasoor), disappeared some three days ago from outside his house. The father of the child told the Station House Officer (SHO) of B. Division police station Farooq Hassan in time about the mysterious disappearance of his child but the SHO misbehaved with him and called his story a drama. The SHO also said that the boy would came back in a day or two. The father of Zeeshan told the media that the dead body of his child is present in Mozang police station and he has identified his son. He also said that the abductors asked for a million rupees as ransom however the matter was settled for 0.5 million rupees but they killed the child. The relatives and the family members of Zeeshan have said that the SHO of B. Division police station is pressurizing them not to pursue the case. On the other hand police have locked their house. Mozang police have registered a case of murder and said that the case would soon be transferred to Kasoor police.
