The energized and joyful youth of Lahore created an upheaval and commotion on main roads of Lahore as the celebrations of Independence Day. Police managed to impound 1,500 motorbikes during a crackdown who were not abiding by the law.The exciting youth of Lahore continued the upheaval and commotion along with one-wheeling on motorbikes due to Independence Day celebrations on main roads of Lahore such as Mall Road, Jail Road and Canal Road. Many members of the youth community got out of their vehicles and started dancing on the roads which caused major hindrance for the traffic also. CCPO Lahore Aslam Tareen has ordered to take strict action against the ones who create an upheaval, do one-wheeling, riding motorbikes without license and silencers. In various areas of Lahore, police carried out a crackdown and impounded 1,500 motorbikes and police also baton charged in some areas. The government has announced to celebrate Independence Day in lower spirits as the country is in mourning.
