Man killed as police van ambushed in Quetta

A man was killed and two policemen were critically injured when a police van was ambushed in Quetta on Monday. Unidentified gunmen shot volley of fires from automatic weapons at the van of a police station in-charge at Sabzal road. On June 20, 12 people were injured including four paramilitary troops in a targeted car bomb explosion in Quetta while a day earlier two policemen were killed in an ambush. On June 29, two paramilitary troops were shot dead in Mastung district in an ambush on a security checkpoint.
