Five dacoits killed in crossfire in Shorkot

Some five dacoits have been killed, while a cop injured in a crossfire with police in Shorkot on Monday. According to police, the crossfire took place at a suburb Bharwana near Shorkot. The crossfire between police and robbers continued for hours in which as many as five robbers killed and an SI Rab Nawaz got wounded. Police said that the dacoits belonged to Imtiaz Bhatti gang who escaped from Mochi Wala police station. The injured SI has been shifted to a nearby hospital.
