The protest by the medical students against the sacking of Allied Hospitals Principal Dr Musaddaq Khan is continued for the second consecutive day on Thursday in Rawalpindi.Rawalpindi Medical College students staged a sit-in at Liaquat Bagh,blocking the traffic for an hour on Murree Road. Allied Hospitals OPDs also remained shut.The protesters vowed to continue their protest till the reversal of the decision, besides also warned to shut the emergency wards of all the three government hospitals.The students also demanded removal of Secretary Health Punjab Fawad Hassan Fawad, saying that he is working on a senior post despite the fact that he is an officer of grad-19.
