Summary
Three were killed, including two children in a bomb blast at Upper Dir. The bomb was planted near the edge of the Nagar Kari road. The children killed include Naseeb Zada and Sheri Zada. Both Nasseb and Sheri were from the same family. After the blast, law enforcing agency cordoned off the area and started investigations.
