Summary Supply of gas to industries in Sindh including Karachi has been suspended for two days.
KARACHI: According to the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), gas supply to the Sindh industrial sector has been suspended for two days due to low gas pressure and annual maintenance of gas field.
The SSGC in statement said that its inspection teams would strictly monitor the agreed loadshedding schedule.
The supply of gas will be restored at 7 am on Monday, SSGC reported.
Meanwhile, the SSGC has quashed the rumors of five days CNG closure in Sindh terming it baseless.
Talking to a private TV channel, SSGC officials said that no decision has been taken on closing the pumps for five days a week in the province neither they will be closed on Saturday and Sunday in the current week.
According to the management, announcement regarding the CNG loadshedding is expected next week.
